I can't change the order of filters.

My layer Doroga TV has 3 filters - range, checkbox for individual sub-layers, and radiobutton for integral views.

Now the checkbox filter stays before checkbox. I am trying to move radiobutton filter before checkbox filter, using arrow buttons on the layer edit page, they are moved, but after saving, when I going to the layer list page and reload layer again, their order stays unmodified. Filter order in the Layar client also stays unmodified.
