We want Layar to - as a client - be able to "stick" to current geographic position - where current can be either;

a) Current position - as in the position given from the client/user at a given time

or

b) The most important - a developer specified position - this to get better "precision" when viewing close moving targets, a sort of "snap to..." function.

B - could be fully automatic as given objects in the layers geography (position objects) where you can set parameters on:

• How big the sticky point in meter (circle diameter in meters)
• How close in meter (buffer circle in meters from point) the client must be before it "sticks" aso....

A - could be a GUI function "freeze position" that can be used in any Layer...
